We want you to know what to expect after placing your FurDuo order.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer. Delivery time varies by product, fulfillment location, destination, carrier conditions, and holidays.

Some U.S.-fulfilled items may arrive in approximately 3–5 business days after processing. Items fulfilled from international facilities may take approximately 10–15 business days after processing. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Fulfillment Partners

FurDuo works with trusted third-party fulfillment partners and warehouses to ship products directly to customers. Fulfillment location and packaging may vary by product. FurDuo remains your point of contact for order support.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains more than one item, products may ship separately depending on warehouse availability, product size, and fulfillment location. Separate packages can have separate tracking numbers and may arrive on different days.

Tracking

When a shipment is dispatched, tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout. If an order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking update.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Shipping rates can vary based on the products in your cart and their fulfillment profiles.
