Ordered More Than One Item?

Your products may be fulfilled by different suppliers or warehouses. That means one order can arrive in separate packages, on different days, with separate tracking numbers.

Tracking Has Not Updated Yet?

Carrier scans can take time to appear after a shipment is handed off. Check the tracking page again after the carrier has had time to register the package.

Can’t Find Your Tracking Email?

Email support@furduo.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can help locate your shipment information.
